It had been rumored that Bon Jovi would put on a free concert if the Philadelphia Soul, an arena football team that Jon Bon Jovi co-owns, won the championship. Sure enough, they did! With conflicting schedules and band members on vacations, the concert still has yet to be seen. Will the band come through and rock the city of Brotherly Love?
