| So, this past weekend I hung out with my industrial designer buddy, Bryce. He always seems to be working on neat projects or working on gadgets and gizmos. But this time, he showed me his Xmas present to himself, an iRobot Roomba. Genius.
As the owner of a furry and fuzzy cat and dog, we get a lot of fur around the house which of course leads to the furious search and destroy of furrballs rolling around our wooden floors on a daily basis.
Thing is, we could leave the home and return to, ideally, a furr-ball free and dustbunny free house, without even touching the vacuum or broom!!! This all thanks to the vacuuming robot, Roomba!
So, if this years tax return is decent, and fixing the roof doesn't take precedence, in a couple months time hopefully we will have one of these scooting around the house, freaking out the cat, busily sucking up fur balls. |
