Hilary's Confirmation Gets Stalled Again?

| This is a quick bet, and perhaps an easy one, as let's face it when has a nomination not gone through, but Hilary Clinton's confirmation vote is today (at the earliest) to make her the new Secretary of State under Obama's administration.
The vote was delayed previously to delve further into her husband Bill's foundation to see what conflicts there may be. This, despite a long lapse in waiting to announce her as the nominated candidate, as the Obama administration did a full search on their end, but I digress.
My prediction is not that she will be confirmed (given) but that she will not be confirmed today, Jan. 21. It will be delayed yet again; as congress does its usual fluffing of the feathers at the helm of a new administration. Any takers?
